To deliver the Convoup service, UpGreat World Pvt Ltd. (“Convoup”) engages a small number of third-party sub-processors. Each is bound by data-protection terms consistent with our privacy policy and data processing addendum. The current list is below.

We also use cloud infrastructure and hosting providers and transactional email service providers to operate the service. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and are bound by appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
We will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor that processes customer personal data. If you object to a new sub-processor, you may terminate your account within that 30-day period. Customers may also subscribe to change notifications by emailing us at the address below.
