Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. This page explains how to make a request and what to expect.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, email hello@convoup.com from the email address associated with your Convoup account and include:

  • Your full name and organisation name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • A clear statement that you are requesting data deletion

What happens after you request

  • We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days
  • We will verify your identity before processing the deletion
  • Deletion will be completed within 30 days of identity verification
  • You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete

What data is deleted

Upon successful deletion, we will remove:

  • Your account credentials and profile information
  • All contacts and conversation data you brought into the platform
  • Campaign and automation data
  • Usage logs and activity records

Data we may retain

We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Financial records required for tax or accounting compliance
  • Records necessary to enforce our Terms of Service
  • Aggregated, anonymised data that cannot identify you

Data export

In addition to deletion, you have the right to request a copy of your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format. To request a data export, email hello@convoup.com with the subject line “Data Export Request” and include the email address associated with your account.
